What happens if you get an Unclified grade as the final AS level grade?

You're not awarded a certificate at all - they don't give you one with 'Unclified' written on it. If you take more than one subject with the same examining board it'll just mention the subjects on which you did score above Unclified. Besides, if you're looking for employment then just don't declare it.
