Can u do back and chest exercises the same day? Or is it better to seperate them?

Sometimes i like to do back exercises such as lat pull down, rows on the machine, and tbar rows and then i do bench presses, incline presses, and iso lateral chest machine. I know most ppl split back days and chest days, i do also sometimes but occasionally i like to do both together. Is that normal? any other serious lifters do the same thing?
