Best quarterback of all time?

In my opinion its Tom Brady his win loss record and his all-time per rating speak for him. I'm pretty sure a qb rating of 92.8 is the highest by anyone. Best running back of all-time. Going by pure skill I have to take Jim Brown or Barry Sanders. Going by skill and long jevity i take Walter Payton or Emmit Smith. I find it hard to pick just one running back.
