Women, is it wrong if a guy is feminine looking?

I'm a korean guy but I don't think I look "feminine" but I do have some sort of baby face, or just look younger than I am. I'm 18 yrs old. Some of my asian guy friends look a little, but others look more rugged and "unfeminine". But is it really a turn-off if a guy looks feminine but doesn't act feminine and more like a normal man should be? Why is it so bad, as long as the man acts like a real man?
