Was Godhra report released to lure Indian muslims?

Banerjee committee report is nothing but a political stunt for gaining mileage in elections. Everybody knows what happened in Godhra except Congress and its ediot allies. Politics on the shoulders of hatred and communalism is the strength of congress. They r real communals.
