Should i make an appointment to go see my doctor if i have these symptoms ?

I was at home during the evening with my husband who i'm married to for about 6 months, so i decided to spice things up and i putted on my intimate outfit and lured him into the bedroom for a night of making love. So i actually gone down and gave him head and i swallowed, now i am having a sore throat and a light fever. Should i go make an appointment to see my doctor if i had a sore throat after i did that ? I've heard from my co workers that it could have gave me a sore throat because i swallowed. Do you think it's best to make an appointment to see my doctor real soon ?
