I'm a weight lifter looking to take a multivitamin, whats the best one to take?

I've been told i should start taking a multivitamin by some of my health teachers along with my weight lifting, What would be the best one to take? One that provides 100% of the daily vitamins of c,d,e, and most of the b-complex vitamins, as well as 100% of dv of zinc, copper, and chromium. I hear also they have to smell bad for them to be good ones that work. Anyone know a certain one i should buy or a store?
