Surrogates and C-sections?

I want to get a C-section when I give birth to my sister's baby (I'm acting as a surrogate). I know I will have to stay in the hospital, but will my sister and her baby have to stay too? If not, how long after the baby's brith will she have to stay before taking the baby home?
