Error codes when trying to Watch Netflix online movies?

Every time I try to watch an online movie from Netflix I get either C00D11B1 or C00D1052 within the first few seconds to a minute, and the movie aborts. Vista Ultimate - WMP 11. I've got nearly 20 hours accrued and can't use any of them. What can I do about this? Thanks in advance for the help.
