Serious vampire question- a ? for psychic vampires?

There is an internet version of the codex that is free for ANYONE to read. As for tarot decks, why would you feel the need to "steer away" from any of them? A deck is a deck; some you may be drawn to and some not. That's your choice. Those who identify as psychic vampires can be any Zodiac sign, you may simply have a predominance of pisces or Scorpio acquaintances. There is not comfortable "name" for my Pagan beliefs, I would most likely be labeled "eclectic". And you aren't missing anything with "Mythology & Folklore". Although many of us post in "Religion & Spirituality", this category is far more Pagan-friendly.
