HELP ME WITH THE PROBLEMS WITH MY MOM?

I feel like if my mom wants me out of her life and im all mixed up in the head. But no matter what i will always love her. She told me that im her number one till she got married. But im a little disable and she doent want to help me she says dont call anybody. WHY?
