Ford fiesta 1995 1.6 ghia wont start?

i have a ford fiesta mk3 1995 its a 1.6 ghia it will not start the immobiliser light is always flashing the only key i have for the car is a black one without the red chip can anyone help me to byp the immobiliser or get the car started. email me at jaybates@hotmail.co.uk or leave answeres here
