Autopsy for my maltese?

Thanks for your respone. I did not get an autopsy for my maltese. When I called Petsafe they told me that they are going to test the product. But Petco say that they have the product lossed with alot of other returns, so now petsafe can not test it. So now what do I do being that Petco miss place the bark control. Is there any answers? What do I do?
