What are my chances at getting an itant manager position at a nice restaurant?

I have been in the Navy for 4 yrs.(Aviation Structural/hydraulic mech), Air Force 3yrs (hotel/restaurant) Services). I have worked at 3 Nice restaurants as waiting staff, and just recently started bartending, and I have also sold cars. My experience is a combined aprox. 4 yrs of Waiting, cooking, and just started bartending about 2 weeks ago. I have waited tables at blank angus and a few nice locally owned restaurants. I would like to start bartending at chillis or even jump in as t. manager what are my chances?
