In installing a 3/4" solid hardwood floor in a plywood subfloor of 2nd story haus, best way to sound proof it?

Unfortunately I do not believe any of the suggestions are the best solutions. The better solution would be to install insulation between the floors ( fill entire cavity but do not pack tightly). Not easy. Not cheap.
