I need a vacation spot.?

There are certainly a lot of places here in Italy - Rome, Capri, Florence, Venice, Portofino ... Prague is a beautiful city and the Czech republic is an interesting place to visit. Copenhagen and Stockholm could easily fit the bill. It's hard to go wrong - your criteria aren't very restrictive.
