Do you know what this Wizard of Oz Prequel might have been?

I vaguely remember something about this girl traveling trying to defeat the Wicked Witch of the East and finding a throne that was made from a flower. I believe that the movie ended showing the original group of Dorothy, The Scarecrow, Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion heading towards the Emerald city. Does anyone have any idea what this show was called? It's possible that it was from the 80s to the late 90s
